Learn the art of chocolate making and create your own delicacies on one of the great courses held at the renowned Belflair Chocolate Atelier in Brackley. The courses offer professional training by Belgian master chocolatier Stefaan Moyaert and a fascinating insight into the world of chocolate.You will have the opportunity to gain hands on experience in making exquisite chocolates (which you can take away with you at the end of your experience). Or if you know somebody who would love to work with chocolate, gift vouchers are also available.

Option 1: Chocolate tasting Duration: +/- 75 min.
Price: £6.00 per person (min 15 people, maximum 25 people) minimum charge £90.00
In this theoretical course, you'll explore the world of chocolate, the story from cocoa pod to tempting chocolates. You will learn about blended and single origin chocolates and of course, taste a lot of delicious varieties with expert guidance from the master chocolatier.

Option 2: Beginners course Duration: +/- 2h30min.
Price: £55.00 per person
This practical course enables you to get up close and hands on with your favourite food - chocolate. With the expert guidance of master chocolatier Stefaan Moyaert, you'll learn about the different techniques to create moulded chocolates, novelty figures, truffles and hand dipped chocolates (all of which you can take away with you at the and of your experience). An interesting and information packed course on the exciting world of chocolate. Places are limited to maximum 10 people per course. Gift vouchers are available

Option 3: Advanced course Duration: +/- 3h.
Price: £125.00 per person
This practical course requires participants to have basic knowledge on working with chocolate. This advanced training session is designed to be creative with chocolate. The course is part demonstration by master chocolatier Stefaan Moyaert, showing different techniques on how chocolate can be used to create novelty show pieces. You will then be able to try out any of the techniques yourself to unleash your own creativity. We can also discuss any problems you might have encountered when working with chocolate or practising techniques.
